Donations sought for school fundraiser

Annual Spaghetti Dinner and Raffle slated for Friday, September 29th at Koko Head Elementary School's cafetorium

The Friends of Koko Head Elementary School is soliciting donations of goods and services from area business - both large and small - to be raffled off at its annual Spaghetti Dinner and Raffle slated for Friday, September 29, 2006, at the school's cafetorium.

Money raised at the event will be used to pay the salary of our physical education instructor, cultural activities and computers for the school.

Because sales of sausage or magazine subscriptions don't result in many returns for its fundraising efforts, the nonprofit parent group has decided to conduct a raffle during its delicious spaghetti dinner event. They have invited local businesses to contribute gift baskets, gift certificates, restaurant meals, services, etc., as tax-deductible contributions to the event.
