MISCELLANEOUS
DEADLINES 15th of the month prior to publication. Camera Ready ads are due on the 18th of the month. If the 15th or 18th of the month falls on a weekend, all material will be due the Friday before.
PROOFS

Proofs are for corrections only (i.e. typing errors, incorrect phone numbers, etc.,), NOT to re-design ad. Ad layout must be determined before the 15th.
TERMS Accounts are due and payable upon space reservation. Accounts become past due on the 10th day following billing date. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on balance. Prices quoted do not include tax.
AGENCIES 15% discount for agency commissions. Copy must be camera ready and delivered to East Oahu Sun.
GUARANTEED PLACEMENT Additional charges: Inside front page - 15% • Back page - 25% • Other 10% (Minimum 1/2 page).
PRE-PRINTED INSERTS Inserted into paper at $95.00 per 1,000. Minimum inserts 10,000. (Based on 8-1/2x11). Prices for the East Oahu Sun to print inserts are available upon request.
GENERAL CONDITIONS Publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertising. Publisher will not be held responsible for either errors or omissions in copy. The agency and/or advertiser assumes liability for all ad content and agrees to hold publisher harmless from claims, damages or expenses incurred from publication of advertising. Rates are subject to change with 30 days notice.
